  I wrote a review of the terrible experience I had with having my taxes done here in great detail and it was removed so I will only share that what took well over a year beyond the extensions and result of penalties/interest, not to mention the undo stress the lack of communication the replacement preparer completed my taxes within 7 days, correctly.
